Well it seems Boylan is back in Tokyo and using a new name “Pol OBhuilean” or variations of that. (2020)

“Boylan has moved again and could be in Japan” Sri Lanka resident.
Boylan has recently contacted some of his creditors, not to arrange payment or to advise them of his current whereabouts, but to threaten them with non payment of the outstanding debts. The reason this site was put together was because his creditors are not being paid, nor has Boylan made arrangements to do so or to advise them of his new contact details.
